Thanks again Toby,
I opened up an issue on GitHub for this (
https://github.com/okfn/ckan/issues/1043). Our issue is mostly about
multilingual data, since I think OKFN already aware that translation in
extensions means updating the .po in core.
Hopefully this will provoke some discussion!
