[ckan-dev] Chinese language for CKAN 2.0?

Hi,

We use the early dev version of CKAN and build a Chinese(traditional)
version in http://hub.opendata.tw/ .

I would like to know how to make it as a language option in the CKAN 2.0
final version?
(the 1.8 po is ready at
https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/ckan/language/zh_TW/ )
