[ckan-dev] Package install, 403 error after adding ckan.org to apt sources

Hi all,

I've been following the package install instructions at http://docs.ckan.org/en/ckan-1.8/install-from-package.html and have run into an error (presumably with the installed key). When I run 'sudo apt-get update' I get:

*snip*
Err http://apt.ckan.org lucid/universe amd64 Packages
  403 Forbidden
Err http://apt.ckan.org lucid/universe i386 Packages
  403 Forbidden
*snip*
W: Failed to fetch http://apt.ckan.org/ckan-1.MAJOR_VERSION/dists/lucid/universe/binary-amd64/Packages 403 Forbidden
W: Failed to fetch http://apt.ckan.org/ckan-1.MAJOR_VERSION/dists/lucid/universe/binary-i386/Packages 403 Forbidden
E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

And cannot proceed. It seems this is an error with the key I installed, but running 'sudo apt-key list' shows that I have 2 OKFN keys installed:

pub 2048R/138461D3 2011-05-17
uid OKF Packaging <packaging at okfn.org>
sub 2048R/7320A9FC 2011-05-17

pub 1024D/D8D8C238 2012-01-04
uid OKFN Packages (Buildkit key for signing packages in the apt repo) <packaging at okfn.org>
sub 1024g/06DBEDB2 2012-01-04

I'm running Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS (hosted in Rackspace cloud).

Anybody run into something similar (Google was non-helpful) or have any insight?

Thanks much,

Andrew Sullivan
