Hello,

I'm looking at using dataset resources to link to supporting
documentation as well as normal files and APIs.  Would it be a good
idea to store a different value in the 'resource_type' field for
supporting documentation?

Values I've seen in resource_type are 'file' and 'api'.  I would add
'doc' for a resource that links to a supporting document.
