[ckan-dev] Travis failings with Postgres 8.4

Hi,

I'm giving up for now on Travis failing with Postgres 8.4. If someone
can pick it up from here that would be great.
What I found so far is that things started to go wrong when Travis was
updated on the 20th [1].

When creating the 8.4 cluster it seems to use port 5433 [2], but psql
then seems to be trying to connect to the default 5432?
