[ckan-dev] [Installation] Port 80 does not render correctly

Greetings,
  I have installed CKAN version 2.1.1 on an Ubuntu 12.04 VM.  Connecting via port 8080 works correctly; however, using port 80 has problems.  The formatting is incorrect and some of the pictures don't display when using port 80.

Any ideas of what might be causing this problem?
