[ckan-dev] /api/action/datastore_search_sql requires admin-user?

I'm trying to call /api/action/datastore_search_sql. It does work when using a api-key from an admin user (the user I've created the dataset with), but when using a simple test-user, which are able to preview it via the web-interface, it fails due to "Authorization Error".

How come?
