[ckan-dev] I can´t preview csv files

Hi Eduardo,

Unfortunately the DataProxy preview will only work if the file it is previewing is accessible from the Internet (the DataProxy is hosted on Google App Engine).  Your URL 192.168 looks like an internal address and so the proxy won’t be able (from the Internet) to access your file to read it.
