[ckan-dev] harvesting user and deleting a user

Hi Elena,

By default, ckanext-harvest use the user "harvest". You'll have some
poblems if it doesn't exist (or you haven't changed it to another
username). To solve it, you can simply add this user as a sysadmin. The
password doesn't matter.
