[ckan-dev] Harvesting of organizations

Hi there,

I finally found time to implement the harvesting of remote organizations:
https://github.com/okfn/ckanext-harvest/pull/69
As you can see, the implementation is very similar to the remote_groups.

I guess all further discussions should occur on GitHub.
