[ckan-dev] How do I upgrade from 2.0 to 2.2

Hi Hilde,

there is no release-v2.2 branch, as CKAN 2.2 is still in development, CKAN
2.1 is the latest available release out there.
If you want to checkout the latest development you can use the "master"
branch.
