[ckan-dev] Installing datagovuk / ckanext-os

Hello Hildegard,

have you got the scheduling package celery installed and running?
I can't see a celery dependency in the ckanext-os docs, but some other
extensions use celery for recurring tasks, e.g.
http://docs.ckan.org/en/ckan-1.5.1/extensions.html#installing-an-extension-with-background-tasks
(note
that's v1.5.1)
