[ckan-dev] CKAN 2.1 and private datasets

Hi,

David will probably now more about the datastore, but if I recall
correctly the datastore was inactivated for private resources, as it
could expose data flagged as private. Apparently this is not handled
properly on the frontend and instead of showing a message, recline
tries to load the table anyway. This is obviously a bug, I've created
an issue to track it:
