[ckan-dev] All old non-release branches on RTD now private

Hello folks,

I've just made all the old non-relase versions of CKAN docs (we had a lot
of them around for testing) private. Please don't link to them anymore. If
you're linking anyone to docs, use the latest documentation. If there are
problems in that, please file a bug.

If you have to link to old versions of documentation, please use a release
branch like 2.2 or 2.0.2 or some such. This isn't perfect because the old
documentation still exists on the documentation site but just isn't listed
anywhere.

PS: If you know how to delete old documentation from RTD, please get in
touch with me!
