We're now publishing our developer meeting notes on the wiki:

The past two weeks' meetings are there now as well as a link to the
google doc for notes going back to December.

Our developer meetings are Tuesday and Thursday at Noon, London time.
Anyone interested in hearing ckan issues and pull requests assigned
LIVE and ON THE AIR is welcome to join. Occasionally we have time to
discuss larger software architecture issues too. The hangout link is
posted to our IRC channel a few minutes before each meeting.
