Has anyone done any work on fixity checking of data deposited and (to be) stored long term in CKAN?

One of our staff enquired about whether our repository is deemed 'trustworthy' e.g. certified by http://datasealofapproval.org/en/information/guidelines/ as a journal they publish in (PLoS*) now has requirements that data associated with the paper be deposited to a repository that is 'trustworthy'.

Looking into the Data Seal of Approval site, one immediate thing would be around fixity checking (amongst other tasks/functions described in the international archival standard OAIS http://www.iso.org/iso/home/store/catalogue_ics/catalogue_detail_ics.htm?csnumber=57284)

Thanks
Aaron
