Wondering if anyone has been able to generate the auth token for the
https://github.com/datagovuk/ckanext-ga-report extension on a server
without a local browser?

Looks like the "--noauth_local_webserver" flag is not handled so I'm
not able to get the auth token.
I tried using lynx, but it won't work without a javascript enabled browser.
