[ckan-dev] ckan-harvest issue with URL already in use.

Hello,

Does anyone tried to solve the issue with URL already in use with the CKAN harvester: https://github.com/ckan/ckanext-harvest/issues/117

It seems to be a general problem and many CKAN which harvest from various places seems to be affected with this issue. I've tried to look at the code in regards to generate a random string to append to the URL or just adding +1 or similar, but it doesn't seem to work.
