[ckan-dev] Adding default tags and extras in CSW harvester

Hi list,

I just created a pull req about the possibility to add default_tags and 
default_extras in CSW harvester:
  https://github.com/ckan/ckanext-spatial/issues/57

I saw a couple of threads mentioning it, so I guess it could be useful.
