[ckan-dev] What happened to spatial-text and spatial-uri in ckanext-spatial?

Hi Konrad,

spatial-text and spatial-uri where just conventions that were proposed
at some point for storing the textual and linked data representation
of a location, but as far as I know they have not been actually used
in any feature that I'm aware of. Feel free to use them if it suits
your needs!
