[ckan-dev] Datasets stored as 'Draft'

Hello

Luis on your local instance do you have the datapusher enabled?
The only reason I see for the delayed reaction of setting to draft is
caused by the datapusher having an old version of a resource and
updating it over the one you saved.  I have a fix for this in the
datapusher (will add this change tomorrow) but just want to check this
is definitely the caused the issue for you as well?
