[ckan-dev] Datasets stored as 'Draft'

Hello
Yes the datapusher is on demo.
The fix is in the master branch of the datapusher banch. You will
need to do git pull on this and restart the datapusher. Would be
great if you could test as I have not been able to reproduce it
constantly. I think its matters how quickly you click through the
stages and also the size of the file you try.
