[ckan-dev] Github Migration Update

Hello folks,

I talked about migration to github.com/ckan yesterday. As a test, I've
migrated the ckanext-googleanalytics[1]. It seems to be successful and the
redirects are working. If you visit the old repository, you should be
redirected to the new one. I'll update the documentation to point to the
new link and we should be good. More migration on the way!

Please get in touch with me if you find something broken.
