Yes, that would be very helpful. 

At this moment, I put database and web at the same machine. It is ok at the development stage, but eventually I need to two separate servers. 

If you can build 2.2 Azure images, it would be very helpful for me.

Great to know it's all good. I should probably add to my list of things to do to upgrade the Azure images to 2.2.
