Hi Kristi,
Be sure that your CSV file is in UTF-8 and with comma + double quote;
if you have the preview module, the DataProxy (default = Google) have 
many timeout, etc. ;-( This may cause downloading-visualization errors
I asked my sysadmins to have a local DataProxy... to follow
