[ckan-dev] CKAN 2.2 upgrade from source issue

Hi All,
I did an upgrade from source on my dev machine from 2.1 to 2.2. When I run ckan I get the following error:

    raise ImportError("%r has no %r attribute" %
(entry, attr))

ImportError: <module 'ckan.config.middleware' from
'/usr/lib/ckan/iutah/local/lib/python2.7/site-packages/ckan/config/middleware.pyc'>
has no 'ckan_auth_tkt_make_app' attribute
