[ckan-dev] trac.ckan.org is back online (for historical purposes)

Hi,

I've created a static backup of http://trac.ckan.org and pushed it to
GitHub Pages at https://github.com/ckan/trac.ckan.org. There're so many
files that GitHub is unable to display the repository, but that's shouldn't
matter.

When converting to a static page, I was unable to keep the same URL
addresses as I had to add .html to the filenames, so old links won't work.

None of the dynamic features work as well (like search or logging in), but
this is a good compromise to not having to bother with security issues, and
being able to host on GitHub Pages.
