[ckan-dev] pdf_preview problem

Pabitra, you are right resource_proxy it's not needed for previewing local
file.

Have you tried different pdf files?
Have you tried to upload the file on demo.ckan.org to see if it works?
Are you sure you don't get any error in the log files?
