[ckan-dev] Apache2 Dropping Session to Postgresql (Internal Service Error)

Hello,

This is my first post so hopefully I am doing this right. I am new to
Apache and Postgresql and I am trying to figure out why our CKAN site
randomly drops connection to Postgresql DB server causing CKAN to return
"Internal Service Error". I will post a log entries if needed, thanks.

Server OS: Ubuntu v12.04.5 LTS Web Server & v14.04.1 LTS Database Server
Apache2: v2.2.22
Postgresql: v9.3
CKAN: v2.2
