[ckan-dev] Resource URLs must be unique over API?

Hi ckan-dev,
I think I'm hitting the problem that when I add datasets via the API,
resource URLs inside the datasets have to be unique (I'm only specifying
the URL for the resource, no titles or anything else). But this isn't the
case when I add a URL manually. Could that be? If not I'll have to dig
harder to see what's going on.
