[ckan-dev] Upgrade CKAN source install from 2.1.2 -> 2.2.1

Hi everybody

What is the best solution to upgrade CKAN source install from 2.1.2 to 2.2.1.

I have used the following guide http://docs.ckan.org/en/ckan-2.2/upgrade-source.html

I have checked this version out.

git checkout release-v2.2.1

When i run the following command

paster db upgrade --config=/etc/ckan/default/development.ini

I get the following error.

sqlalchemy.exc.ProgrammingError: (ProgrammingError) column user.state does not exist
