The datapusher is getting a 404 Not Found error when it tries to access
this URL: http://127.0.0.0:5000/api/3/action/resource_show

Questions:

1. Is that the correct URL for your CKAN site? That URL will only work
if you're running both CKAN and DataPusher locally, for development.

2. What happens if you open that URL in your web browser, does it work?

I'm not sure why you're getting “*Process Completed but unable to post
to result_url*” in your browser. That error message doesn't seem to
match up to the traceback in your pastebin.
