[ckan-dev] Remote file upload

Hi All,
I am trying to use code from this link ( https://github.com/ckan/ckanapi/issues/14) to upload a file to our ckan site. However I am getting a template not found error from the line 'return render(storage/success.html)' in the 'success' function in the storgae.py. 
Any idea why this template is missing. I am using CKAN 2.1.1
