[ckan-dev] Update private/public dataset fails

I'm trying to updat a dataset from private to public. Doing so results in an error from Solr.

I've updated the database manually in package and package_revision. But looking at the organizations dataset still shows no public dataset.
Looking at the specific dataset however the label private is removed.

What to do?
