[ckan-dev] Download text/geojson files, files without extension

So if I've understood, there's no solution for the download problem yet?

I've noticed that the preview of file without extension works on my development instance, but not on my production (using apache server). 
Do you think upgrading to 2.2.1 will solve the problem on my production instance?
