Dear Stéphane and all,

first, it is good to hear about the DCAT RDF support in CKAN. Second I am
responding to the note about the best practices for open data that you are
working on at Open North. In the COMSODE project [1] we recently developed
a methodology called "Methodology for publishing datasets as open data"
which discusses the open data publication process and the related practices
[2-4]. This methodology might be relevant to your standardization
activities. We would be glad for any comments or feedback if you find any
part of the methodology interesting.

Kind regards,

Jan
