[ckan-dev] ckanext-harvest for /data.json datasets

Hi Renato,

The ckanext-harvest extension just provides a framework for writing
other harvesters + the CKAN to CKAN harvester. ckanext-datajson [1] is
your best shot at having those harvested so I suggest you file an
issue on that repo if you are having issues.
