[ckan-dev] I configured ckan with s3 amazon but not able to store files on s3 buckets

Hi Nilesh,

I helped do the migration from the old filestore to the new filestore. The
old filestore was not thread-safe and we were running into data loss and
abuse issues with it. This lead to a complete rewrite of how file uploads
are handled in CKAN. When we first did the implementation, we did not add
in a lot of the original features, but we focused on fixing the bugs.

The latest release, I believe lets you extend the filestore and add new
backends.
