[ckan-dev] Error

It seems like the user 'ckan_default' in your postgres database does not
have the neccessary access privileges. This may fix it:

sudo -u postgres psql

then in the psql prompt, run:

GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON ALL TABLES IN SCHEMA public TO ckan_default;
