maybe you can use:

http://map1.sgdnord.rlp.de/service_rok_open/mod_wfs/wfs_getmap.php?mapfile=energie_offentlich_wfs&&request=GetCapabilities&VERSION=1.1.0&SERVICE=WFS

there are simple point objects in the database, the crs is epsg:25832, but
you have transform either - do you use proj4js for this?
