That sounds suspiciously like a corrupt persisted_state.json file. Can you check if this file (should be in your filestore folder) has the entries for the files that are reported as not found?

If that is indeed the case, use https://github.com/ckan/ofs-hero to generate a new persisted_state.json file.

In our production server we suddenly are seeing FileNotFoundException for a quite a number of resources for many of the datasets. However, I can see the file exits on the server for the ones we are getting this exception. We are using CKAN 2.1.2. Any help to resolve this issue will be appreciated.
