[ckan-dev] Translations now open for upcoming 2.3 version

Hi all,

I'm happy to announce that translations are now open for the upcoming
CKAN 2.3 release.

These are available on Transifex, an online translation platform that
makes easy to contribute and manage them. If you are not already
registered on Transifex, it takes less than a minute, and afterwards
you only need to request an invite to the relevant language team and
you'll be approved straight away.
