[ckan-dev] CKAN Development Environment

Hi Michael,

The puppet module looks great. Thanks for bringing it to the list's
attention.

The ckan-chef cookbooks and vagrant file you link to aren't officially
supported by the CKAN project, but have been developed by Open Knowledge
for our own use, so we can get predictable and repeatable development
environments up and running quickly. They are based on the CKAN source
installation and deployment documentation (http://docs.ckan.org). I hope
others might find them useful too and would be delighted if it can help
people get going with CKAN development.
