[ckan-dev] problem installing dataset extensions on CKAN 2.2.1

Ok, Finally I resolved the issue. My fault (obviously): the password in 
ckan.datastore.write_url was wrong (I wrote the one for user 
datastore_default instead of the one of ckan_default).
