[ckan-dev] Update resource URL

Hi,

I've changed the host URL from my CKAN install, and noticed that resources
are still pointing to the old URL.

Through the website, if I just enter the resource management screen and
save it, it automatically updates. But obviously I dont want to do it
manually.

I look into the database, but both the tables "resource" and in the "table
resource_revision" have already the correct address. Still, it appears on
the resource site the wrong address.

One example:
http://dados.contraosagrotoxicos.org/dataset/producao-organica-certificada/resource/ad74105b-2974-4575-9809-f5d3eeb8f504

where the wrong address is

http://vps4.eita.org.br/ckan/dataset/c4ccb60a-6a13-489e-b603-57196a2bf580/resource/ad74105b-2974-4575-9809-f5d3eeb8f504/download/cnpo-marco-2015mapa1.xls

and the right one should be

http://dados.contraosagrotoxicos.org/dataset/c4ccb60a-6a13-489e-b603-57196a2bf580/resource/ad74105b-2974-4575-9809-f5d3eeb8f504/download/cnpo-marco-2015mapa1.xls

Where is the wrong address coming from?

I should add that very recently I updated CKAN to 2.4.0.
