[ckan-dev] CKAN resource permissions

Hi all.

It's been quite a while since I last wrote on this list. None the less, I
hope you can help out on the following:

Is it possible to inactivate a resource in a dataset (somewhat like
deactivating a dataset)? This should be a hard inactivation, where only a
"generic" CKAN admin (not organisation admin) can see the resource. If the
resource is deactivated no one can see it in the GUI, and they can't find
it through the apis. Additionally, if the datapusher is activated on the
ckan instance, the resource deactivation should also shut down for
datastore api access.

Could the delete resource be used somehow? A "hard inactivation" could be
like deleting the resource. I guess you still have the concept of the
trashbin, and it's possible to revive a resource again?

We are using CKAN 2.2
