[ckan-dev] Piwik integration

Hi George,

I'll be using Piwik for stats on our CKAN site:
https://github.com/DanePubliczneGovPl/ckanext-danepubliczne/issues/5

Apart from your plugin I've also found some code from Etalab
https://github.com/etalab/ckanext-etalab/blob/master/ckanext/etalab/piwik.py
and I guess I'll be using that as I don't need to show statistics to
ordinary site users and I have a quite a lot of templates so I don't want
new ones to override it.

P.S.
I don't know if you know but in CKAN 2.3 there have been introduced
features concerning page views:
