[ckan-dev] Backing up datastore db?

Greetings,  I use the paster db dump command to backup our ckan instance.  It seems though that the datastore database (called datastore_default) IS NOT being backed up with that command.

What does the db dump command do?  Why should I use it instead of just using a pg_dump?
