[ckan-dev] Suggesting we use stack overflow

Cool - I'll wait to see what others might say and maybe do some general
updates and announcements over the weekend.
I just don't want to discourage anyone from using this list to reach out
either :)
So, for example, we'd encourage folks to refer to a question they have put
up on stackoverflow which they'd like to bump some attention onto via an
email within this list...
When people describe a full issue here we'd politely ask them to drop it
into stackoverflow so it can be answered and later referred to by more
people who experience the same issues, blockers or frustrations.
Identifying trends around common problems added to stackoverflow will also
help us improve CKAN :)
