[ckan-dev] Chloropleth/Navigable Map Widget still using MapQuest instead of Custom set in config

Hi!
I have set the custom map widgets to be Stamen based off this example
<http://docs.ckan.org/projects/ckanext-spatial/en/latest/map-widgets.html#custom>
from
the documentation.
It works fine when I view the original GeoJSON data. But when I try to
overlay I see map quest still showing.
I have attached the screenshots for the different cases.
What may I be missing? Kindly help
